About Me

I work with endlessly smart, relentlessly driven, refreshingly self-aware leaders.

Sometime after my earlier platinum-hair days, in which I was the lead singer in a band called New Millenium (no, that’s not a spelling error), I discovered something. I had a unique ability to get to the root of how people learn and grow, think and behave.

Let’s Connect

I’ve since harnessed a coaching clientele of C-suite executives and senior leaders across a range of industries, including media, technology, and consumer products. With an expertise in leadership development and talent management, I’ve helped individuals and organizations alike in building presence, interpersonal communication, culture alignment, succession planning, and strategy design.

My long-standing reputation as an “experience creator” has become a driving force in enabling leaders to push the boundaries of what’s possible and exceed their own high-potential expectations.

As Seen On

Here’s what you’ll find on my résumé.

  • I have four graduate degrees. Yes, I’m a licensed Doctor of Psychology.
  • I’ve invested nearly 20 years working inside Fortune 100 companies (The Walt Disney Company, for starters) and private equity firms.
  • As a Chief Learning Officer, I’ve led diverse, global teams.
  • I’ve developed talent who have made news headlines, returned billions of dollars in revenue, and invented products previously thought impossible.
  • I’ve written a book on the secret sauce for driving transformational change.

And here’s what’s not on my bio.

  • I’ve run a multi-million dollar company.
  • I’ve been forced to lay off my entire team, and I’ve been laid off.
  • I’ve worked as the only male on an all-female team.
  • I had an on-the-job near-death experience.
  • I’m insatiably curious and believe in creating magic.
